i mean, i guess it's easy for me to say that. but then i've not blobinated to that point yet. i guess if i was certain that if i exercised and ate perfect and was great and stuff i would have way less aches and pains than i do... THEN i would totally do that exercise thing. but i'm not totally sold that it will make that much difference. i mean, i don't know. will it? man i have a tough time finding motivation for such things.

well, it is hard and it sucks and SUPER easy to stop! and.. doesn't really prevent age from towning you really. but, you know. you should totally do it bigtime!@#$

i've actually done a bit of exercise lately!
i've been feeling a bit of a fat blob lately. maybe that motivated me. also i'm noticing that clothes are getting tighter. that's NOT GOOD!! also, moving getting harder and harder and things.
all fantastic. anyway, need to improve the exercise routine, but i'm getting there. got it from none to some!!
still need to work on more anti-procrastination stuff. haven't beaten that moneky by a long shot!

hay eye wuz gonna reed thowz!@#$ ;pea;; ( pee ;yesnicker;; ) also! for exercise, it is a tip that if you can keep a habit in place, even if the exercise itself seems light or dumb or not doing anything. just showing up and giving urself permission to do sucky exercise, helps create the habit and you can get better at the exercise later!@# or on days when you feel like really going to town with it!@# ( ;snicker again; ) the habit book i've halfway read ;hyper; talks about "casting a vote for who you want future u to be" or ehhh the identity you want for yourself. or something like that. so showing up for exercise is a vote for that guy. also yeah i'm 50 and notice eye nett muv grut! i have a gym membership that i don't use though, so i have that going for me. which is nice.

speaking of all your words there about voting for the less horrible future us's. i was looking at the waitbutwhy guy again and he talks about delegating all the important stuff to future you and boy did that stuff hit home! why, I COUNT OF FUTURE ME for almost everything!! and BOY does that guy drop teh ball!!@ such a dick!
