Ok, i gotta keep track somewhere, so i'm going through your list of 262 books to read!@# i'm going in the order you added them to your list!
Here goes nothing! or something. mostly nothing probably. ;umm;
Added 11/13/2011 - The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo....
I haven't read it. Don't believe I ever will. I know they made a movie of it.. ehh... just doesn't really interest me. ;dunno;
MY VOTE: BALEET IT!@#$@#$ :twak:

Let's keep this show moving:
Added 11/13/2011 - Wampeters, Foma and Granfalloons
I mean, it's Vonnegut, so i'm not going to tell you not to read it or anything. but on a list of vonnegut books to read, i don't know how near the top this one would be. i liked it, but i like everything he writes. this one isn't a novel though, it's a collection of essays and speaches and random stuff. GOOD! good, not as good as sausage and cheese. so i'd need to see which vonneguts you have read before making a recommendation. though, it doesn't FEEL like you took to vonnegut quite as heartily as i did, so maybe this one is a BALEET!@# i'll leave it up to you.

Oh wow. This is sweet!
So far I agree with you. Dragon tattoo, duleeted!! I just can't get excited about it. It's been on that list for, well you saw, 9 flipping years!!
Vonnegut, I'm leaving it. I know it's not his top, but I do want to read that. I just keep putting it off.
I look forward to more recommendations!! Man, some of those books added 9 years ago. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

BAE!@# ;HYPER;
ok let's keep this train moving. CHOO CHOO!!@# :umm:
Added 11/13/2011 - Spin (Spin #1)
Ok, this is going to get a bit complicated. This is book #1 of a 3 part series. I see you have this one and book THREE marked as "to-read". I have read the entire series, and it is good! Interesting idea and all that.... It didn't blow me away.
My ratings for each book in the series: #1 Spin **** #2 Axis *** #3 Vortex ****
I actually wrote a review of Book 2! The one that I liked the least:
Man i wish i did more of that!@# COME ON PAST ME RITE MORE REVIEWS!@ ;;twak;
So, I guess the question is, do you want a 3 book series on ur list that i've already read and it is passably entertaining, but contains a lot of pludging to get to the good stuff!@# If the answer is NO, then you actually get to tost TWO buks off dat list ovur dare!@#

ok now we are getting somewhere!@# THE ANSWER IS THE DAY AFTER 11/13/11!!@#@#
Added 11/14/2011 - The Eye of the World (Teh Wheel of Time #1) - Robert Jordan
pretty sure this was on MY to read list for a while. i mean, it does have "TIME" in the title so why wouldn't I read it? maybe if the title was THE WHEEL OF TIME TRAVELING MONKEY ROBOTS maybe then i would have read it by now instead of taking it off my to read list!@# why did i take it off my list? well, it is book #1 of what becomes a FOURTEEN book series!@#@#$ ;shocked;
and reviews are mixed and say a bunch of the middle books drag and jordan is too wordy and it is a tolkein derivative ripoff.... anyway. i just can't. i can't do it. i'm a completist type of person so if i read book 1, i'll have to read 13 more books of dubious quality and... i finally quit lying to myself that i'd someday get around to it. so, the wheel of time will have to roll on without me. ;byebye;

Added 11/14/2011 - Time and Again, by Jack Finney
This was on my to read list for a long long time. I mean, it's bime bravel for crying out loud!@# But every time I look at the description of the plot I go, ehhh.... I dunno, maybe i'll read that one LATER. And do i really have to read EVERY bime bravel novel anyway? SELF PEOPLE LIKE IT YOU SHOULD READ IT ;TWAK; OK FINE I WILL!@# *continues to not read it for many years*
;dunno;
Eventually I took it off my list. It strikes me as one of those time travel books that cares more about the time the character travels to than the time travel plot itself. "this book is a love letter to 1882 new york" or some sappy crap like that. and while i don't doubt it is well written and i'd probably enjoy it somewhat, it just never seems to bubble to the top of my list so I BALEETED IT.
Now, I will say this. If you go to bat for this one and want to read it, i will add it back and read it with you. but only if we both commit to reading it SOON!@# like in the next 6 months. otherwise, i'm out.
so! this one's on you. ;dunno;

The first buk of what is sure to be a riveting 13 booko series. :x
Star ratings of each of the 13 bookos: 1) 3.77 2) 3.82 3) 3.87 4) 4.00 4.5) 4.02 now i'm thinking this must be more than 13 bookos if there are .5's in here. ;pipe; 4.75) 4.31 WHAT IS GOING ON!@# :pullhair; 5) 3.94 6) 3.86 7) 3.88 7.5) 4.02 7.6) 3.85 ok now this is just silly. why is this 7.6 and not 7.75!@#$#@ 8) 3.88 8.5) 3.79 9) 3.63 10) 3.97 11) 3.69 12) 3.90 13) 3.93

Added 11/14/11 - "Rendezvous with Rama" by Arthur C. Clarke
The first book of a 4 book series by legendry sci fi author Arthur C Clarke. I've read the whole thing, though it has been a REALLY long time. Like i'm not sure i was married kind of long. So, I don't remember a shit ton about it! Shocking i know. But I do remember really enjoying it! I'd even be down for a reread since i know it would ALMOST be like the first time!@#
So, let me know. Tho, if your vote is to keep it on da list ovur dare, I see you have books 2 and 3 marked, but you should also mark book 4 "Rama Revealed" as to read also.

Added 12/14/11 WE MOVED DATES!@# "The Beach" by Alex Garland
This is one of those that I can't recall how I ended up reading it. But! Read it I did and really enjoyed it, as I can tell by my Goodreads review! ;hyper; I really need to do more comprehensive reviewing if for no other reason than to help me remember stuff later!@# :B
I would compare it to a book like The City of Thieves or Shantaram or something. Not that it's like those really, it is just not sci fi! It is a random story about something you wouldn't think you'd care about or would be enjoyable, yet somehow is!@# If that makes sense? Not sure that's an actual book category that makes any sense. But who am I to judge.
